We will use our extensive knowledge and experience of working with small fast growing businesses to support organic development and strategic growth opportunities.

Our typical equity investment will be in the range £0.5m to £5.0m.

Our role is to support owner managers through the dramatic changes that occur within their businesses when undergoing a period of rapid transition and growth. This may involve assisting on key decisions such as hiring senior staff, commercialising new products and services, winning new customers, managing working capital and so on. These decisions can then be made with more confidence and belief. The burden of responsibility is shared and the feeling of isolation lifted.
